coreCerebrum

Built to run our own work first

coreCerebrum is a 'corePHP' product. It was built to run our agency's work, and each piece exists because something hurt. This website's sibling, corecerebrum.guru, was built by a card on the board.

Ad hoc AI compared with coreCerebrum

Most teams are one chat window per person today. Here is what changes when the work runs on a shared board and brain.

Why did we build coreCerebrum?

Every part was added because something hurt, and the pieces exist in the order the pain arrived.

  1. One window was the limit

The agent was good. Having exactly one of it, on one branch, was the problem.

  2. Worktrees made parallel safe

Isolation came first. Without it, running several at once produces a mess instead of throughput.

  3. The board became the interface

Once sessions ran in parallel, the question became what state everything was in.

  4. Memory stopped the repetition

The same discoveries were made weekly by different sessions and people, so they got written down and shared.

  5. Then we measured what it cost

Running many agents all day makes token spend a real line item. Making it visible changed how the tool was built.

How we build it

  • Show the evidence

Real interface, real counts, real measurements. Where we have no evidence, we say so instead of filling the space.

  • Your code stays yours

The board runs locally against your checkouts. Worktrees are directories on your disk.

  • Reversible by default

Anything an agent did is a diff you can read and a branch you can delete.

Who it is for

  • Owners and finance. A lower AI bill, cost by person and project, and numbers that match what your provider charges.
  • Developers. Several agents side by side, each in its own safe workspace, with your conventions built in.
  • Sales and marketing. Proposals, campaign plans and emails that start from your team's best work.
  • Agencies and designers. Websites, landing pages and presentations with Design DNA, then publish or hand off.
  • New hires. They work inside your conventions from day one, because the answers are already there.
